Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations

• Cancellation of a transaction will only be possible by written notification to the email address help@goldiger.co.il.

• Cancellation of the transaction by the customer is subject to the product being returned, as far as is reasonable or possible, in its original packaging.

• Cancellation without payment of a cancellation fee by the customer will be possible up to 48 hours from the moment the order details are received by the site management.

• Beyond 48 hours, after receiving the cancellation notice, the customer will be refunded the amount paid by her for the product, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. In the event of a transaction being canceled due to a defect or incompatibility, the customer will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Returns

• Items can be returned for a refund, minus the handling and shipping costs we provide in the amount of 100 NIS, up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, provided that they have not been used, that they have not suffered any defect/damage, and against receipt in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Whenever possible, the item must be returned in its original packaging. For more information, contact us at help@goldiger.co.il.

• Proper jewelry that arrived according to the customer's order and was approved by her in a phone call on our behalf conducted within 48 hours of the order cannot be returned in the following cases:

• Jewelry with personal engraving at the customer's request

• Jewelry that involves custom letter selection
